A Velcro fastener securely retains replaceable drain pouches in a post-surgical garment with drain management (sold separately). The ultra-soft cotton fabric provides a snug but non-restrictive fit, and the stretch collar allows for simple step-in entrance. Sensitive skin will appreciate the cotton pockets and smooth internal side seams.

Sizes S to 4X are available in White, Nude, and Black.
